Mangobaz IT Solutions is a boutique software house building futuristic web platforms, with a small focused team based in Lahore, Pakistan. We design, build, and ship custom web applications, admin panels, customer portals, and the kind of internal tools that make a business run faster than its competitors.

We started in 2019 with a simple idea: that small teams, working on focused problems, can ship software that is better than what large agencies produce, at a fraction of the cost, with none of the overhead. Six years and many projects later, that is still the entire pitch.

What we do, concretely. We build full-stack web applications in PHP and .NET, with MySQL and MongoDB behind the scenes. We do the front-end in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js, and we take accessibility and performance seriously from the first commit. We design the database schema, set up the deployment pipeline, write the documentation, and stay involved for as long as the product needs us. We do not subcontract. The two people you meet on the kickoff call are the two people who will be writing your code.

What we do not do. We do not build marketing sites, mobile apps, or design-only deliverables. We do not take on work that is bigger than our two-person team can ship well. We do not say yes to a project unless we are confident we can deliver it on time and on budget. Saying no to most things is how we stay excellent at the things we say yes to.

How we work. Every project starts with a working session, not a sales call. We sit down (in person, if you are in Lahore, or on a video call if you are not) and sketch the architecture on a whiteboard. By the end of an hour, we both know roughly what is getting built, what it will cost, and how long it will take. There is no mystery after that. You see what we see. You make the decisions. We execute.

Why Lahore, why now. Lahore has a deep pool of senior engineering talent, a strong technical education system, and a cost of living that lets us charge meaningfully less than agencies in San Francisco, London, or Berlin, while still paying our team well above local market rates. Our clients get senior-level delivery at a price that does not include the agency markup. We get to do the kind of work we want to do, on the kind of schedule that lets us have a life outside of it.

Who we work with. We work with funded startups that need a real engineering team but do not want to hire one yet, with established small businesses that need internal tools built well, and with a few agencies that bring us in for the projects that exceed their in-house capacity. About 60% of our work is repeat or referral, which we take as a good sign.
