Terms of Service

The contract between you and Mangobaz IT Solutions for using this site, including the license for our code samples and the rules of the road.

1. Acceptance

By accessing mangobaz.com (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we provide

Mangobaz IT Solutions is an independent web studio. Through the Site we publish:

  • Tutorials and articles about web development.
  • Code samples embedded in those articles.
  • Studio updates and case studies.
  • A contact form and email channel for enquiries about our services.

The Site is informational. It is not a substitute for professional advice specific to your situation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you are.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape the Site with automated tools at a rate that exceeds reasonable personal reading.
  • Attempt to access the admin panel, analytics endpoints, or other non-public areas without authorisation.
  • Submit contact-form messages containing unlawful content, malware, unsolicited commercial pitches, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm another person.
  • Circumvent any technical measure we use to protect the Site.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Our articles and original diagrams

The written articles, custom diagrams, and photographs on the Site are © Mangobaz IT Solutions. You may quote short excerpts (up to 200 words) with attribution and a link back to the source article. For longer re-use, please email team@mangobaz.com.

5.2 Code samples

Unless otherwise stated at the top of an article, code samples embedded in our tutorials are released under the MIT License:

If a code sample was written by someone else (e.g., a snippet from MDN, a public-domain library, or an open-source project), it is attributed inline. Third-party snippets keep their original license.

5.3 Trademarks

"Mangobaz" and the Mangobaz logo are our trademarks. ASP.NET Core, Vue, React, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, and other technology names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site is nominative fair use.

6. User-generated content

You may submit content to us via the contact form or by email. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and (with your consent) publishing excerpts on the Site. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to external resources (MDN, Microsoft Learn, OWASP, vendor docs). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Following an external link is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangobaz IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mangobaz IT Solutions harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that breaches these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom retain the protection of their mandatory local laws.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
