We are not a generic “make money online” blog. We are a working team of writers, editors, and researchers who use the tools and run the businesses we write about.
Who We Are
The MangoBaz editorial team is made up of practicing freelancers, agency owners, and side-hustle operators. Every member of our team is actively working in the fields we cover. Our writers have collectively spent over 50 years freelancing, building agencies, and running side projects. The advice we publish is advice we have actually used, with our own money, in our own businesses.
We do not publish content from anonymous contributors, AI-only workflows, or recycled material from other sources. Every article is researched, written, and edited by a human on our team. Where AI tools are used as part of our research or drafting process, the article is reviewed and fact-checked by a human editor before publication.
Our Editorial Standards
Every article published on MangoBaz.com follows these standards:
- Original research. Every claim is backed by primary sources we have read, personal experience, or publicly verifiable data. We do not paraphrase other articles and call it original.
- Honest recommendations. We recommend tools, services, and strategies based on what we have actually used and what has actually worked. We disclose affiliate relationships where they exist and we only recommend things we would pay for ourselves.
- Real numbers. When we share income, traffic, or performance numbers, they are real numbers from our own projects, clearly labeled. We do not round up or exaggerate.
- Fact checking. Every article is fact-checked against original sources before publication. Pricing, dates, and tool features are verified at the time of writing.
- Human review. AI tools may be used as part of our drafting process, but every article is reviewed by a human editor before publication. The final voice and claims are the responsibility of the human writer.
- Updates. We update articles when information changes. Outdated articles are clearly marked with an “Updated on” date.
How We Test Tools and Strategies
When we write about an AI tool, freelance platform, or business strategy, we have usually used it ourselves for at least 30 days before publishing. We pay for the tools we recommend. We run the businesses we describe. We track the numbers we share. The advice you read on this site is the same advice we would give a friend asking for help.
